1. Eligibility
1.1. Entrants must be 16 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Entrants must reside in the United Kingdom.
1.3. Only one ticket per household is allowed.
1.4. Entrants must already be registered customers on our website (https://d6den.shop).
1.5. Any entrant found to have provided false information or attempted to purchase multiple tickets from the same household will be disqualified.
2. Raffle Period & Ticket Purchase
2.1. The raffle will run from 02/04/2025 until 11:59 PM on 29/04/2025.
2.2. Tickets cost £5 each and can be purchased in the following ways:

Messaging our Facebook page to request a payment link.

In-store purchase via our SumUp payment link.
2.3. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of raffle cancellation.
3. Winner Selection & Prize
3.1. The winner will be randomly selected using a “Spin the Wheel” system.
3.2. The draw will take place at 6:00 PM on 30/04/2025, and will be live-streamed on our Facebook page.
3.3. The prize for this raffle is 1x Warhammer 40K Emperor’s Children Battleforce Box.
4. Claiming the Prize
4.1. The winner must contact us within 48 hours of the draw to claim their prize.
4.2. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, a redraw will take place and a new winner will be selected.
4.3. The prize can be collected in-store or, if the winner is outside the local area, it will be shipped free of charge.
5. Cancellations & Disqualifications
5.1. If the raffle is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all entrants.
5.2. NeoComputers reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, including:

Attempting to purchase multiple tickets from the same household.

6.1. This raffle is conducted in compliance with UK gambling laws and all other local requirements.
