Shipping Methods
We exclusively use Royal Mail tracked shipping for all our orders. This ensures that your items are handled with care and you can track their progress from our store to your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business day after payment confirmation, our cut off time is 12PM GMT. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer two shipping options:

- Free shipping is available for orders over £80.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

- Available for all orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
VAT Inclusive
All shipping prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Mainland UK. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment through the Royal Mail tracking service.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching your orders, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit.
